Flange connections are reliable, durable and durable. Stainless flanges operate in aggressive environments, withstanding pressure up to 40 MPa and temperature in the range of -70o - + 600o C. They are widely used in the chemical, petrochemical, food industries, in mechanical engineering, heat power engineering.

RECEIVING FLANTS FROM THE COMPANY ALFA-STAR

We produce and supply AISI 304 stainless steel flanges ( 08X18N10 ), AISI 316 ( 03X17N12M2 ), 12X18N10T, 10X17H132T. The company catalog contains:

• welded flanges DIN and GOST — are the most popular. They are welded to the ends of the pipes with two seas and pulled together with a fasteners mounted in the mounting holes. A gasket is placed between the flanges to ensure the tightness of the compound and uniform pressure distribution. Used in pipelines with pressures up to 2.5 MPa;
• collar flanges DIN and GOST. Their design provides for a conical ledge ( collar ), the end of which is welded to the pipe. The connection provides high tightness at loads of up to 40 MPa;
• free flanges are stainless and silomine. The free flange connection node includes the ( collar, ) bead. A flange is put on at the end of the pipe, then the end of the beacon is welded to the end of the pipe. A pair of free flanges is tightened. This type of connection is used in hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline with the need for frequent repairs and maintenance. Less durable silomine flanges are used in areas with pressures up to 1 MPa;
• DIN and GOST flange plugs blocking the operating flow;
• flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. Metal gaskets are used on sections of the pipeline with high pressure and temperature; paronite, Teflon, EPDM gaskets — in less stressful areas.
